Dear Andrea,
I thought I would write and personally thank you and your colleagues for helping to make our stay in Kissimmee such a pleasant and worry free experience.
The accommodation was equal to anything we have experienced in the USA over a period of years. The kitchen was more than adequately kitted out with everything needed for self-catering, and as I like to cook-even on holiday, I found nothing wanting in the hardware department. The lounge area was extremely comfortable and the sleeping and bathroom accommodation was excellent. Even the small problem we had with the shower was quickly resolved.
The help and information you and your colleagues gave Trish and I was more than we could have expected, and this courtesy you showed us, for me, made our stay with you all the more enjoyable.
Please pass on our compliments to the rest of the staff and a special thank you for locating and returning the new camera battery and charger we left behind.
It’s a pity we don’t live a little closer. You’d be seeing a lot more of us.
This was our first experience of Hapimag accommodation, and I don’t think it will be the last.
