We have now stayed four consecutive years on the Hapimag Lake Berkley resort.
On our second year after having a torrid time getting to Florida (due to a Travel Company ceasing trading on the day of departure) - Whilst we still managed to get to the resort on the same day as we were expected our reservation had been cancelled by this Travel Company - the front desk still remembered us from 12 months earlier and sorted out our booking problem (even finding us a house on that evening due to the arrival time prior to sorting out the problem the next day).
The resort is security gated set in lovely tranquil surrounds being well located close to supermarkets, diners/restaurants and very easy access to all the theme parks.The amenities are first class, all townhouses are well appointed, clean and spacious with all the usual facilities available including a safe.
All staff are professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to assist with a smile.
For our family of four which includes 2 children the playground and pool area are really superb.
We totally recommend the Orlando Hapimag complex where we will no doubt visit again in the coming years.
